Can it really blend frozen fruit and ice?+

Yes. The six stainless steel blades are powerful enough to cut through frozen mango, strawberries, ice cubes, and leafy greens. For very hard ice, let it sit for 30 seconds after blending for a smoother result. Avoid hard seeds like date pits or avocado stones.

How many smoothies does one charge make?+

Up to 15 blending cycles per full charge, depending on ingredients. Soft fruit smoothies use less battery than frozen or ice-heavy blends. Charges fully in about 2 hours via the included USB-C cable, or from any USB power source including laptops and power banks.

Does it leak?+

No, when the lid is properly secured. The lid has a silicone seal that locks tightly. Shake test before putting it in your bag: flip upside down and check the seal. We recommend filling to no more than 400ml to leave room for movement during blending.

How do I clean it?+

Quick clean method: add warm water and a drop of dish soap, blend for 10 seconds, rinse. The bottle and lid are also dishwasher safe on the top rack. The motor base should never be submerged — wipe with a damp cloth only. Detach the blade unit for a thorough clean.

Is it loud?+

It produces sound during blending, as all blenders do, but significantly quieter than countertop blenders. Most users describe it as acceptable for office use. A standard smoothie blend takes 20 to 30 seconds, so any noise is brief.
