How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1-5 business days. After dispatch, delivery takes 8-16 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide - USA, UK, Europe, Australia, Canada, and most other countries. Shipping is available on all orders.

How do I track my order?

A tracking link will be emailed to you once your order is dispatched. Tracking updates may take 3-7 days to appear. If you do not receive a tracking email within 7 business days, please contact us.

Will I have to pay customs or import fees?

Customs duties and import taxes vary by country and are the responsibility of the customer. Most orders arrive without any additional fees, but we cannot guarantee this for all regions.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you received your item. The item must be unused, with original tags and in original packaging. Contact us at support@melahaven.com to start a return.

My item arrived damaged - what do I do?

We are truly sorry! Please contact us immediately with your order number and a clear photo of the damage. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund - no hassle, no questions asked.

How long do refunds take?

Once we approve your return, refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few extra days to post the amount.

I received the wrong item - what happens?

We sincerely apologize! Contact us with your order number and a photo of what you received. We will ship the correct item or offer a full refund immediately.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other secure payment methods available at checkout.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change your order. We can make changes before the order is dispatched. Once shipped, we are unable to make changes but you can return it after delivery.

Is it safe to shop on MELA Haven?

Absolutely. Our store runs on Shopify, one of the most trusted e-commerce platforms in the world. All transactions are encrypted and 100% secure. Your payment information is never stored on our servers.

Are your products good quality?

Every product in our store is carefully selected and tested before being listed. We only sell items we are confident in. If you are ever unhappy with the quality, we will make it right.

Do products come with a warranty?

While we do not offer a formal warranty, we stand behind everything we sell. If a product stops working or has a defect within 30 days, contact us and we will resolve it.

Can I order multiple items?

Of course! Add as many items as you like to your cart. Please note that items from the same order may be shipped separately and arrive at different times.
