We offer a 30-day return policy — meaning you have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it — unused, unworn, with original tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The fastest way to receive a replacement item is to return the original product, and once the return is approved, place a new order on our website for the item you want.
European Union — 14-Day Cancellation Right
For customers in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. The item must be unused, unworn, with original tags and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
